Assume the overall responsibility of Sales and Marketing of a range of Heavy Trucks and its variants in the UAE market. Responsibilities would also include setting and achieving Sales plans in line with the companies goals, P & L accountability, building & leading a high caliber sales team and closely interacting with the principals in China to further enhance business cooperation. |

| Remuneration |
Will not be a constraint for the right candidate. The CTC however will be in the range of UAE Dhs. 10,000 to 12,000 per month. Additional benefits would include a fully maintained company car, Monthly performance linked incentives, Annual performance linked bonus, Medical insurance for self and family, LTA as per Co. regulations and other benefits as per UAE laws. |

Assume the overall responsibility of the Service Centre and its efficient operation.
Plan and execute programs to improve productivity and enhance the quality of service delivered.
Recruit and train manpower as and when required.
Interact with principals in China on all technical and service related matters. |
